The price of .asia domains has come down so I’ve registered www.hotelbuddy.asia and set up a site.
I’ve added a few countries and need to work out the state/regions for my automated process to work but there a few pages for people to find great hotel deals in Asia.

Yes, I have several HotelsCombined based sites – http://www.hotelbuddy.asia is just the latest.
I’m downloading the HotelsCombined XML feed and using it to generate pages. Every so often I tweak the sites to try different things: SEO techniques, coding ideas, or xhtml/css tricks. But I’m not doing anything totally amazing at this point so any able programmer could do it.
They have a few other options if you’d like to use their affiliate program but don’t have the programming skills.
It’s not making me a fortune (yet) and the idea is that I will use the xml to page generation technique with other affiliate programs (when I get time).
